In a document published by the Association of Chief Police Officers in Scotland identified the major crime priorities and they are terrorism, drugs, violence,  anti-social behaviour, domestic violence and child abuse and sex crimes. 

Op/Ed     How long did it take the geniuses to think this one up? Any ration person would understand that these are major crimes?
